NEW ACCOUNTS:
First time buyers must place a minimum opening order of at least $150.00. This order must be pre-paid or shipped C.O.D. with a 30% deposit. Credit terms will be only extended after a completed credit application is approved.

TERMS:
Our normal terms are net 30 days for credit pre-approved customers. We accept company checks, VISA, Master Card as methods of payment, and Interact payment for pick up. Net 30 customers with 60 day balances will be automatically be shipped C.O.D.

MINIMUM ORDERS:
Repeat orders under $100.00 will be assessed a $10.00 service charge. Orders under $20.00 will not be accepted.

RETURNS:
All returns must receive a return number from our customer service. Returns must be shipped pre-paid. All returns are subject to a re-stocking charge of 15%. There will be no re-stocking charge for defecting merchandise or errors in shipping. NO RETURNS UNDER $20.OO WILL BE ACCEPTED.

SHORTAGES/DAMAGES:
All customer orders are double checked by our two employees before shipping out. Any item shortage or overage must be claimed within 7 days of receipt. All loss or damage must be filled with the carrier.
